Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tactas AI provides consulting, implementation, and managed operation services for AI agents and workflow automation systems. Refund and cancellation terms may also be specified in signed proposals, statements of work, or service agreements. If those documents conflict with this policy, the signed agreement controls.

Fees for task reviews, discovery, planning, implementation, integration, configuration, testing, and other project work are refundable only before work begins, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Once work has started, fees for completed work, time spent, reserved delivery capacity, and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before all milestones are delivered, Tactas AI may refund unused prepaid amounts for work that has not started, after deducting completed work and incurred costs.

Monthly ongoing plans may be cancelled at any time by contacting Tactas AI. Cancellation stops future renewals, but the current billing period remains active through its paid term.

Monthly plan fees are not prorated or refunded for partial billing periods, except where required by law or where Tactas AI approves a refund for a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or material failure to provide the paid service.

Fees charged by third-party platforms, vendors, software providers, payment processors, hosting services, messaging providers, API providers, data vendors, or integration partners are not refundable by Tactas AI unless Tactas AI directly controls the charge and receives a corresponding refund from the provider.

To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@tactasai.com with your business name, invoice or payment details, and the reason for the request. Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge.

Tactas AI reviews requests in good faith and normally responds within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment processor or bank.

Tactas AI may update this policy as services, billing models, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
