Service scope
Tactas AI provides consulting and implementation services for AI agents and workflow automation systems. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in project agreements.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing required access, accurate operational requirements, and lawful use of systems where automation is deployed.
Fees and payment
Commercial terms, billing cycles, and payment conditions are specified in signed proposals, statements of work, or service agreements. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable agreement and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Liability limits
Services are provided on a best-effort basis within the agreed scope. Tactas AI is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized access, or third-party platform outages beyond our control.
